Anti-Harassment Policy

Strollers Theatre, LTD. is a theatre company that is entirely run by volunteers.

As such, we value each and every volunteer.

In order to commit ourselves to ensuring the safety of each and every volunteer, we adopted the below Anti-Harassment Policy that each and every volunteer (with responsibilities large and small) will be required to sign and abide by while volunteering for each and every production.

The below Anti-Harassment Policy is the template for all production Anti-Harassment Policies.
This document will not contain the Concern Resolution Path (CRP) that will be specific for each production.

Each production will contain a different set of individuals who will serve as the Concern Resolution Path (CRP).
Therefore, each production's Anti-Harassment will be logged below.

Important Notes:

An important aspect of our Anti-Harassment Policy is the Concern Resolution Path (CRP) that was adopted from the Chicago Theatre Standards. Each production will likely have different individuals serving as Level 2 and Level 3 responsible parties.

Volunteers that want to express concerns and/or complaints need not go through Level 1 or Level 2 and may express their concern and/or complaint directly to Level 3.

Level 3 will have a representative from QTI, an impartial third party.

It is encouraged that each volunteer that wants to express concerns and/or complaints use their best judgement when determining how and to who they express their concern and/or complaint.

Nothing in this policy may prevent parties from pursuing formal legal remedies or resolution through local, state, or federal agencies or the courts. Nothing in this policy prohibits anyone from contacting law enforcement if they believe a crime has been committed.
